My Fixer Upper First Home
I was excited about buying my first home. It was no beauty or a mansion but it was mine. I had a lot of work to do in order to get it ready for my bug move in. I decided to sit down and put together a construction project management plan. This would help me organize the way the work needed to be done. I didn’t want to waste time or money and just go with my instincts on this. I could get a better estimate of a budget and timeline using the plan. It would also let me know if I needed ti hire anyone to help with the work as well.
